Show us your working dogs! Celebrating man's best friend.

Posted by Suzannah Macbeth on 12 May 2020

We hope that you and your loved ones are doing well.

No matter where we live right now, whether it be in the Outback or in the city, we are all facing isolation of some sort during COVID-19, with many of us finding comfort in our four-legged best friends - our dogs.

From Outback working dogs, putting in the hard yards on your farm or station, to companion dogs, therapy dogs, guide dogs, police dogs, search and rescue dogs or lap dogs - our canine friends are helping us get through this tough time.

Isolation has meant most of us have been spending more time at home, which means we are relying on our pets for companionship more than ever.

My own dog Pepper has been a source of comfort, love and support.

From cattle dogs to chihuahua's we want to meet your dogs and share your photos on the Our Outback, Our Story Facebook page.

Do you have a photo of your working dog on your property, therapy dog helping students or your faithful pet dog supporting you at home?

Send your photos to [email protected] and let’s celebrate man's best friend.

We cannot wait to see your pictures and share them on our Facebook page!

Send us your photos and we'll email to let you know when we share them.

Stay well,

Lisa
